Yes, there's a special day for almost anything and what a good reason to do something special or crafty with the kids.
We're making an easy pine cone bird feeder in honor of Arbor Day.

This Blog is dedicated to all parents. Multi-tasking, huh, we're way beyond that. I'll try my best to post tips, silly stories and all those things other parents seem to "forget" to mention to you.
I've recently learned a good trick. I turn the front wheel of the trike in or out about 45 degrees. When my son pushes off with his feet-backwards-he ends up going around in circles.
No more frustration while he's learning to move forward!
DISCLAIMER: DO NOT BUY THE ABOCE FISHER-PRICE ROCK-N-ROLL TRIKE. IT'S SUPPOSED TO START AS A ROCKER-AND IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR KIDS TO ROCK THEMSELVES AND WITH ADULT ASSITANCE-THE MOVEMENT IS MINIMAL. THE PEDALS ARE TOO FAR AWAY EVEN WITH THE ADJUSTABLE SEAT. PLUS, THE HANDLE IS AKWARD AND DOES NOT ALLOW FOR PROPER STEERING IF YOU'RE PUSHING YOUR CHILD AROUND. SPEND MORE MONEY FOR ANOTHER MODEL WITH A PIVOTING HANDLE AND MAKE SURE THE PEDALS CAN BE REACHED. I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE RADIO FLYER FOR A NON-PEDAL TRIKE.
