This Blog is dedicated to all parents. Multi-tasking, huh, we're way beyond that. I'll try my best to post tips, silly stories and all those things other parents seem to "forget" to mention to you.

Taking care of Mommy...
I woke up feeling extremely ill around 4am this morning. I was quite nauseous and made several runs to the bathroom. At 7am, hoping the sickness had passed, I helped my kids get ready for daycare. But, soon I ended up bent over the toilet again. My two-year-old son had never seen someone throwing up before. He found it fascinating. My daughter put on her mommy hat and patted me on the back. Though I didn't care much for an audience, I was too weak to scoot my kids out of the bathroom. My son continued to watch me heaving. He cocked his head to one side and kept asking, "Mom-my? Mom-my?" With his limited vocabulary, I didn't know if he was trying to ask if I was alright or what I was doing?
I hope you feel better soon!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you-I feel much better today!
ReplyDeleteDid you eat peanut butter?
ReplyDeleteI did at Christmas. It all makes so much sense now.
Yep, it does all make sense now-Peter Pan is my fav and I had the contaminated batch number. I eat that stuff almost daily! I thought my kids gave me a bug-they'd eaten peanut butter too!
ReplyDeleteDogg - that would make a good blog post - the contaminated food. What did you do? How'd you find out you had a bad batch? How'd you get better?!?!
